Project Description
An exterior remodel of an existing 40,620 square foot retail center located in the Tri-County shopping district in Sprigdale, Ohio. The building received a new look to be more competitive with new retail facilities in the area. Exterior finishes are comprised of EIFS and masonry. Project included a tenant fit up and a new parking lot layout.
